Book a lesson with Linda or Kirk and experience a stand up paddle boarding class on the calm water of the Nerang River, you may even have the pleasure of doing it alongside a pod of dolphins.

Getting Around.

Budds by the Beach Villas are located within walking distance to a variety of local cafes and shops. It is also conveniently located near bus and tram stations.

Light Rail - The ‘Cypress Avenue’ Light rail tram station is located 600m from the villas and is a great mode of transport to help you see all the Gold Coast has to offer. The light rail starts from Helensvale to Southport on to Surfers Paradise and down to Broadbeach.
